PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation” is interested in the steady development of the company, that is why much attention is paid to the human resources policy. The Company aims to create all conditions for the fulfilment of the labor and creative potential of its employees to the maximum possible extent, ensuring social guarantees and decent level of wages. The human resources policy is focused on timely provision of the enterprise with qualified personnel, as well as creation of the conditions for the efficient development and use of human resources. Great attention is paid to the development of the human resources reserve. We welcome and support the employees’ desire to improve the qualification level, place high emphasis on the development of the human resources reserve.
One of the main tasks in the personnel-related work is to improve the level of the employees’ professionalism. To do this, the Company, first, applies the employee’s continuous training system throughout his labor activities. Second, professional skills competitions among operating personnel of electric power plants are held that allow not only to identify the level of professional preparation, but also to check the energy specialists’ readiness for accident response and recovery.
The priority line in the personnel training is work with young specialists. It includes involvement of young promising specialists in the production process and development of the individual plans of traineeship for the purpose of faster adaptation to the production process. To implement this, the branches allocate places to pass industry-focused and pre-degree practical training by the students of higher educational institutions and colleges. Active work is held with college students, school pupils, and undergraduates: nearby a thousand of people take part in excursions to the production subdivisions of the company yearly.
In order to increase the efficiency of labor, ensure the transparency of labor arrangement and wages, the company PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation” signed the uniform Collective Agreement for 2015 – 2017 that governs the social and labor relations, as well as sets forth the benefits and guarantees aimed at the financial support of the employees and takes into account the forecasts of the social and economic development of the country for this period.
Besides the social benefits stipulated by the Collective Agreement, PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation” applies the Regulation on the Private Pension Coverage and Voluntary Pension Insurance of Employees. The employees who as a result of the government-supported pension coverage system reform do not have the accumulated portion of the retirement pension at all or have a restricted possibility of its formation, obtain the right to the private pension when reaching the pension qualification age.
