PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation”

The Public Joint Stock Company “Quadra – Power Generation” (PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation”) is one of Russia’s largest territorial generating companies (TGCs), which was created during the reform of JSC RAO “UES of Russia” and registered on 20 April 2005 (the company’s name was JSC “TGC-4” before 18 May 2010, JSC “Quadra – Power Generation” before 01 July 2015).

The company was created on the basis of thermal generating capacities and thermal grid assets of regional “energo” joint-stock companies in 11 regions of the Central Federal District. The production assets of PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation” are located in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Orel, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov and Tula Regions.

The main types of activity of PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation” are production and sale of electricity on the wholesale electricity and capacity market, and production, transportation and sale of thermal energy on the retail market. The company meets 25% of needs of the Central Federal District consumers in thermal energy.

The total area of regions of the company’s presence is 337.4 thousand sq. km; the total population exceeds 13 million people.

Since January 2022, PJSC Quadra has been part of the division of State Corporation “Rosatom” - JSC “Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions”.

The company attracts highly qualified specialists to work, providing decent wages and a full list of social guarantees: the number of employees of “Quadra – Power Generation” exceeds 12 thousand people.
