General Director of PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation”

Kseniya Sukhotina

She graduated from M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University with a major in “Sociology” and Moscow International Higher Business School “MIRBIS”; she has MBA diploma “Strategic Management”, certificate of ICM, Great Britain.

She has been heading JSC “RIS” since January 2018. Earlier, she was occupying management positions with large Russian and international companies during 17 years, including in the atomic energy sector during more than 7 years. In 2010–2017, in the machine building division of the State Corporation ”Rosatom” of JSC “Atomenergomash”, she first occupied the position of director for human resources management, and then she defined the policy and main areas of the company development in the position of first deputy general director for strategy and organizational development.

First Deputy Director General for Economics and Finance

Dariya Ivanova

She graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a major in “Finance and Credit.”

From 2020 to the present day, she is deputy general director for economy and finance of JSC RIS (JSC Rusatom – Infrastructure Solutions). Earlier, she held management positions in the field of economy and finance with the largest national companies of the machine building, financial, energy, and atomic sector.

First Deputy General Director for Development and Relations with Regions and Public Authorities

Svetlana Nikonova

She has higher economic education.

She has been working in the electric energy sector since 1995; she was given the title “Honored Energy Worker of the Russian Federation.” From 1997 to 2008, she occupied management positions with large enterprises of the fuel and energy complex. During 2010 – 2015, she was deputy chief of the Electric Energy Sector Regulation Administration of the Federal Tariff Service; since 2016 – Deputy General Director for Economy of PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation.” In 2019, she joined the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utility Sector of the Russian Federation and headed the housing and utility sector development department.

From March 2021 to the present time, she is director of the standalone division: project office “Assets Development” in JSC RIS (JSC Rusatom – Infrastructure Solutions).

First Deputy General Director for Operations

Oleg Pastukhov

He graduated from Novosibirsk State University majoring in “Economical Cybernetics”. He has MBA diploma “Master of Business Administration”.

From 2010 to 2013, he headed Russian enterprises in the construction and machine building areas. During several years, he worked in the nuclear sector with JSC TVEL on the positions of the project manager of the group of the projects on reforming the electricity and thermal energy facilities, on management of fuel and energy resources, head of support of the activities of the enterprises involved in the uranium separation, enrichment, and conversion complex.

From September 2018 till present, he is deputy general director for operational activities of JSC RIR (Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions), is responsible for development and efficient work of the companies’ branches in the area “Thermal Energy Sector”.

Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance and Legal Support

Mikhail Ivanov

He graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a major in “Accounting and Audit”, and the Academic Law University in the field of study “Jurisprudence.” He has MBA degree, which he received at the business school Hult.

From 2007 to 2013, he worked with the structures of the Financial Corporation UralSib. In 2013–2014, he headed the legal entities’ distressed assets management administration of Srednerusskiy Bank – one of the largest territorial banks of Sberbank of Russia.

In 2015–2018, he headed international projects with Uranium One – the holding of the State Corporation Rosatom. From May 2018 to the present day, he is director for legal support and corporate governance of JSC RIS (JSC Rusatom – Infrastructure Solutions).

Deputy General Director – Commercial Director

Igor Lesnykh

He graduated from S. Ordzhonikidze Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute with a major in “Heat Electric Plants.”

From 1992 to 2005, he held production-related positions of Volgograd HPP-2 (heat power plant) and Stavropol SDPS (state district power station).

In the period from 2005 to 2015, he worked in the branch “Central Office” of PJSC “Enel Russia”, where he started as chief of the electricity sale division and reached the position of commercial director – deputy general director.

As from September 2017, he joined PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation” as deputy executive director for operational control and methodology of marketing activities. Further, he became executive director for marketing activities, director of the electricity sale department.

Deputy General Director for Security

Alexander Nikiforov

He graduated from Stavropol State University with a major in legal science, and North-Caucasian Academy of Public Service. PhD in Law.

From 2004 to 2014, he occupied managing positions in JSC “Caucasian Energy Management Company”, JSC “Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the North Caucasus”, and JSC “Far East Energy Management Company”.

He graduated from the Higher Education Law School under the RF MIA with a major in “Legal Science”, and the Institution of Advanced Training for the Employees and Specialists of the Fuel and Energy Complex with a major in “Building the Physical Protection System for the Facilities of the Fuel and Energy Sector.”

From 1985 to 2015, he served for the internal affairs bodies in the sphere of the fight against organized crime and economic abuses.

From 2016, he occupied the position of director of the security department of PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation.”

Deputy General Director for Strategy and Digital Transformation

Maxim Chakhovskiy

He graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and State University of Management majoring in “Informational Management”.

From 2005 to 2014, he headed the companies involved in designing electric energy facilities – JSC Siberian ENTC (Siberian Energy Research and Technology Center) and JSC SevZapNTC (North-western Research and Technology Center). In 2014–2017, he was first deputy general director of LLC TSK Mosenergo (Heat Supply Company Mosenergo), manager of projects of the companies group LLC Gazprom energoholding based on data processing via machine learning algorithms and the Internet of Things concept.

From March 2018 till present, he is deputy general director for development and infrastructure projects of JSC RIR (Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions), is responsible for implementation of the projects “Smart City”, “Centralization of Resource Supply Systems”.

Chief Accountant

Maxim Antipov

He graduated from Yaroslavl Higher Education War Financial Academy of the Red Star Order named after A.V. Khrustalyov, Full General of the Army, and the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

He worked as chief accountant, chief of the accounting and reporting administration of CJSC “Yarzerno”, JSC “Kostroma SDPS”, JSC “The Fifth Generating Company for the Wholesale Electricity Market.” In 2008–2009, he was Deputy General Director – Director for Economy and Finances of JSC “Ural Economic Minerals.”

From 2009 to 2011, he was head of the Book Keeping Directorate – chief accountant of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Russian Post”, then chief accountant at LLC “INTER RAO –Electricity Generation Management.”

In 2015 – 2017, he held managing positions in the FSUE “Main Administration of Engineering Works No.2 under the Federal Agency for Special-purpose Construction.”
