General Director of PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation”
In 1998, he graduated from the Ryazan State Pedagogic University named after S.A. Esenin with the qualification “Legal expert”, in 2007– Ivanovo State Energy University named after V.I. Lenin majoring in “Economy and management at an enterprise (electric power energy)”. In 2008, he was additionally qualified as “Master of business administration” in the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
From 1997 through 2000, he occupied the position of chief of the legal department of JSC “Ryazanenergo” – the Branch of JSC “Energosbyt”.
During 2000 – 2005, he worked in the Ryazan branch of LLC “Novo-Ryazan HPP” (JSC “Novo-Ryazan HPP”), where he passed the career path from the chief of the legal division to general director.
From 2003 through 2013, Semyon Sazonov was deputy of the Ryazan State Duma of two elections. From 2005, he occupied the position of the Chief of the Municipal Formation of the city Ryazan, chairperson of the Ryazan State Duma.
From 2010 through 2015, he held different positions in commercial entities.
In the period from April 2015 to may 2016 supervised questions of interaction with authorities of JSC “Quadra-power generation”. From may to November 2016 worked as the Director for cooperation with Federal and regional authorities, OOO UK “ROSVODOKANAL”. Since November 2016 was the Deputy General Director of JSC “Quadra-power generation”.
First Deputy Director General
He graduated from the USSR Moscow State Institute of International Affairs (USSR MSIIA).
As from 1998, he occupied managing positions in the internal control services of JSCB “ROSBANK”, JSC “Mining and Metallurgical Company “Norilsk Nikel”, CJSC “Gold-Mining Company “Polus”, PJSC “URALKALI”. From 2014 to 2016, he occupied the positions of executive director of “ONEXIM Group”, Director for internal control of PJSC “URALKALI”, Chief Auditor of PJSC JSOC “Bashneft.”
Deputy Director General for Finances and Strategy
He graduated from N.E. Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a major in “Automated systems of information processing and management”, and the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a major in “Organization’s finances management”.
From 2000 to 2009, he was financial director, advisor to director general of “Inter RAO UES”. In 2010-2015, he worked as director for finances, member of the Management Board of JSC “RusHydro”..
Deputy General Director – Chief Engineer
He graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Polytechnic Institute (university) as heat-and-power engineer, as well as completed postgraduate studies as thermal physics engineer. He got a diploma of Siberian State Technological University with a degree in book-keeping, analysis and audit.
He has diplomas and certificates of specialized educational forums, including foreign ones, as well as DВА degree (the Academy of National Economy under RF President).
As from 1991, he occupied various production-related positions at the electric power plants of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In 2005, he headed the maintenance division of the production and engineering administration in JSC “WGC-6.”
As from 2007 to 2008, he occupied the position of chief of the maintenance and repairs division, chief of the energy sale units maintenance division of JSC “SUEK.”
As from 2008 to 2012, he occupied management positions in JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13).” In 2013, he was appointed the 1st category adviser, deputy general director for production of JSC “RAO Energy Systems of the East.” As from 2017, he passed to work with the branch of “WGC-2” – “Ryazan SDPS.”
Deputy Director General for Legal Services
Ksenia Vladimirovna graduated from the Moscow state University named after M. V. Lomonosov. Prior to joining JSC “Quadra-power generation” worked in the structures of ONEXIM Group.
Deputy Director General for Economy
She graduated from Vladimir State Pedagogical University with a major in “Mathematics and information science”, and All-Russian Distance Institute of Finance and Economics with a major in “Finances and credit”.
She has been working in the electric energy sector since 1995. From 1997 to 2008, she occupied managing positions in JSC “Vladimirenergo” and JSC “Vladimirenergosbyt”. From 2008 to 2010, she worked with JSC “TGC #6” (city of Nizhny Novgorod) as director for economy and finances of the branch, chief of the economical administration. During 2010 – 2015, she was deputy chief of the electric energy sector regulation administration of the Federal Tariffs Service. She has sector-related awards and titles.
Deputy General Director for Capital Construction
He graduated from Vladimir State University majoring in “Automated Information Processing and Management Systems.” He began his career in 1998 at Vladimir HPP-2, where he worked as an electrician of the electrical shop, shift supervisor of the electrical shop, shift supervisor of the plant, deputy chief of the production and technical department (PTD).
In 2008-2012, he headed Vladimir branch of JSC “TGC-6”. As from 2012, he served as director of Vladimir branch of JSC “TGC-6” for the implementation of priority investment projects (he headed the construction of a new energy unit of GSU-230 MW at Vladimir HPP-2).
In 2014, Denis Ulanov was appointed director of Perm branch of PJSC “T Plus” for the implementation of priority investment projects; as from 1 October 2015 through July 2016, he headed Perm branch of the said company.
Deputy General Director for Resource Management
He graduated from Stavropol State University with a major in legal science, and North-Caucasian Academy of Public Service. PhD in Law.
From 2004 to 2014, he occupied managing positions in JSC “Caucasian Energy Management Company”, JSC “Interregional Distribution Grid Company of the North Caucasus”, and JSC “Far East Energy Management Company”.
During 2014 – 2016 — deputy director for corporate governance, price environment and control and inspection work in the sectors of the fuel and energy complex, Russia’s Energy Ministry.
In December 2016, he was appointed to the position of General Director of JSC “Stavropol Municipal Electric Grids.”
As from October 2017, he occupied the position of the executive director for inventory and logistics management of PJSC “Quadra – Power Generation.” In February 2018, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Resource Management.
