We will implement all the advanced technologies and practices of Rosatom – production culture, efficiency and lean manufacturing system, client-centric approach to work, modern digital solutions. We will pay special attention to the development of relations with customers. Consumers should feel comfortable interacting with us, and all problems should be resolved quickly. In general, I am sure that the projects and plans for the development of the energy sector of the region and improvement of the reliability of resource supply, which we have discussed today with the leadership of the region, will be implemented on a high quality level and quickly,” Ksenia Sukhotina noted.
Following the meeting, it was decided to create a working group in order to work out further cooperation. “Your proposals devoted to change in the approach to client relations sound positive. We are open to serious proposals, which, first of all, coincide with the interests of our residents. We are ready to continue the dialogue and make joint long-term decisions,” said Igor Artamonov, the head.
In accordance with the current plans, this year, “Quadra – Power Generation” will renovate 20 km of heating networks, carry out technical connection of residential buildings and social facilities to the central heating system, and perform scheduled repairs of generating equipment in the region.
